The Path from Agile System to Agile Culture

Today, many organizations are adopting the agile working system by focusing on their customers.

In order to introduce the agile approach, organizations focus on agile structures, processes and technological systems to support behavioral expectations. For these initiatives to be successfully executed and sustained within the organization, organizations must also focus on agile culture. As we emphasized in our previous Organizational Health insight, the collaboration of strategy and culture is an inevitable condition for sustainability.

On the other hand, according to the results of McKinsey's research on 'Challenges of agile transformation at the organizational level', 'Transformation in culture and ways of doing business' emerges as the biggest challenge with 76%.
