What You’ll Learn
The Dale Carnegie coach's way of achieving the most effective results is to identify the areas of development, identify the performance barrier(s) in these areas, and take a coaching approach to overcome the barrier(s).
Duration of the Program: The program consists of two parts of 8 days each (4x2).
- The first part is the "Coaching Skills Development Program",
- The second part is the "Specialization in Coaching Program".
The 10 mentors required by ICF criteria are completed in the 16-day program with individual and team coaching sessions.
Participants who successfully complete both programs are entitled to receive an ICF-approved coaching certificate (provided that they successfully complete all the trainings provided in the program and successfully pass the exams).

General Information About the Program (*)
- The Coaching Skills Development Program is the first of two modules of the Dale Carnegie Business Coaching Certificate Program and participants who successfully complete it will receive a 75-Hour ICF Accredited ACSTH Certificate.
- Participation in all sessions is required for the Certificate of Attendance at the end of the program.
- In addition to the main instructor, Dale Carnegie coach trainers are involved in one-to-one coaching practices.
