She's served in over 20 countries to drive customer success, establish processes & procedures, and develop Dale Carnegie Trainers.

Cindy has substantial experience working with multi-national businesses. She's also developed presentation skills for Federal and State entities. Building and aligning performance expectations, implementing SMART goals, strategic planning, and customer service expectations, are among the many fundamentals in her repertoire.  Cindy views herself as a professional consultant, engaging in program design and implementation to meet client needs.

From growing up on a Montana ranch to studying in Florence, Italy, Cindy brings a unique business perspective to her work with passion.
