Ashleigh Shannon has been with Dale Carnegie Training of Central & Southern NJ since 2019. She leads the marketing department and provides marketing expertise to increase revenue and brand awareness. Ashleigh creates program flyers, schedules, and email campaigns while also managing the local website and social media pages with her team. Ashleigh’s favorite part about her job is connecting with participants to see how Dale Carnegie has helped them in their lives.

Ashleigh is a Certified Trainer for the Dale Carnegie Course, the Dale Carnegie Immersion, and the Generation Next Teen Program. Ashleigh is also a Certified Digital Producer and has helped produce various programs since 2020.

Ashleigh Shannon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Centenary University and is currently working towards her Master of Science in Digital Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University. In her free time, she loves to read, cheer on Philadelphia sports, run/exercise and explore new cities.
